Job Title: Remote Client Acquisition Specialist – Pre-Employment Drug Testing & Background Checks
Role Overview: (Drug test for the position is required)
As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business clients who require pre-employment drug testing and background check services. Your role will involve:
- Lead Generation: Utilizing various channels to identify potential clients in industries such as construction, transportation, healthcare, and manufacturing.
- Client Outreach: Initiating contact with prospective clients through cold calling, emails, and networking events.
- Needs Assessment: Understanding client requirements and presenting customized solutions that align with their hiring policies and compliance needs.
- Sales Presentations: Conducting virtual or in-person presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of SureSafe Solutions' services.
- Contract Negotiation: Finalizing service agreements and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking individuals who possess:
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales environment, preferably in B2B services.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the importance of drug testing and background checks in maintaining workplace safety and compliance.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with clients effectively and present solutions persuasively.
- Self-Motivation: Drive to achieve and exceed sales targets independently.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
